Disappointed

Check in was seamless and easy. No issues. 10/10 Unit was clean in general. Curtains were dirty. Had black marks on it. 1 bulb in the lounge was broken. Prop in the bathroom basin was missing. Drain pipe was tied with plastic. We had booked for 2 adults and 2 kids. There was 1 duvet and 1 sheet less. We brought it to the attention of the reception. They tried to get hold of 'Top Destination' who were apparently unable to get hold of their housekeeping staff. They were supposed to have called me but DID NOT! I called after more than 30 minutes and the guy says that they are sorting out the issue. Absolutely no regret for treating paying guests in this way, making them wait, not keeping them in the loop. Apology was half hearted and insincere. Just to try to get me of his case. I'm terribly disappointed! Seems like owners are only interested in making money whilst upkeep of their unit and guest comfort is not of any kind of concern to them.

フロントの対応はとてもフレンドリーで安心。 ところが部屋のシャワールームに換気扇がなく廊下側の窓が開いていました。 そのためシャワールームや部屋に虫、特に蚊が合計7匹もいてとても不快でした。 小さな子供もいたため、虫を全て駆除するまで1時間以上かかりとても大変でした。 窓が開いているのでトイレの音も、部屋での会話も、廊下に漏れてしまいます。

停電!!

チェックイン時フロントの対応も良く、部屋も綺麗でした。 チェックアウトは翌朝10時ですと言われました。 ところが翌朝8時に、突然部屋の電気が全て止まりました。 フロントに確認したところ10時まで停電と言われました。 トラブルでは無く、何かの切り替え工事が原因だったようで、それならまえもって把握していたのだから、事前に通告しておくべきだと思います。フロントに問い合わせたところ、謝罪の言葉もなく、残念でした。停電以降、エアコンがつかえず、部屋の温度があがり、蒸し暑くなりました。とても不快な思いをしました。

Firstly i was not informed about the check out time and than was rushed to check out by the cleaners for the room and secondly the towels that were given to me all had funny red and yellow stains on them which was not nice at all.
