Poor condition! Fell down the stairs no signs slippery when wet, they did not even dry up the staircase in the morning after it rained. Bathroom moldy and shoddy, curtains not even hung up properly, curtains dirty. We were not even warned about load shedding when we arrived so were not prepared ahead of time. False advertising as it says breakfast patio… no such thing!!!

Wasnt great but no so bad

The DStv didn't work, WiFi didn't work. 1 room was nice, the other room had a towel rack missing, overall it was good value for money, rooms are spacious but the place is a-bit neglected. Caretaker was very willing to assist and very helpful.

The check in was great wifi was slow. Couldnt sleep too much noise and in the morning coulding get breakfast because we came down at 9.30. Werent told time breakfast ended. Location was good staff was pleasant.

Poor noise control by inconsiderate guests

People partying till 5am by swimming pool. No sleep first night. Security unable to control loud noise by inconsiderate guests.

We felt safe with the security gates, and the guard . We didn't like how noisey it was outside our room window and bathroom window. Shower stall was very dirty and the shower door was loose and moldy. Please add some shelves or hooks in the bathroom. There's no place to put your Toiletries. The throw at the foot of the bed was filthy, had dried food or something stuck to it. The cords for the fridge and night lights was a mangled mess. The head board was not attached to the bed,we had to use towels in-between the wall and the head board. We could hear the people in the next room and it seemed like their headboard was free standing as well. The parking situation was an absolute mess. We had no parking on one night. After asking for help from the guard we were able to park on the side of the building next to the stairs. The next night, we had the tiniest parking spots ever. Both my husband and I were unable to get out of our small car. By the way we are not obese people. The staff were not friendly to us. I hate to think it was a race issue. We have stayed at other places in Umhlanga and we were disappointed with your place.
