The window in bathroom stuck open. No fan in room. Other than that, bed comfy and great for the short stay

Where is the information when booking online that there is a band playing in the hotel until 11pm?? Have stayed in a Nightcap motel previously, that was a motel separate to the hotel. Not in this case, the room is upstairs in the hotel, might have been ok if there was any soundproofing, not at this place. Am extremely angry that there was no prior warning & only found out upon check in. Definitely seeking a refund. Terrible.

Music til 11.30 pm coming up through the floor, unable to sleep AND the TV did not work ( which would have been a distraction).

The only problem was that the windows rattled. They are old wooden windows and at 3 o’clock in the morning after being woke up yet again from the rattling I had to wedge some cardboard into the frames to stop them from rattling. This is a major problem and obviously the people who own the place, don’t stay overnight there. I was in room 12.
