The property is small and dated, but clean .
There no restaurants near the property and just a small breakfast area in the office.

No frills motel on I-75. Midway point to Orlando is just what we need for a night’s sleep. Staff is great and coffee was fresh in the morning. I’ve stayed here multiple times and know what to expect, no complaints and the price is right. Clean and comfortable which is what is most important in looking for a place for a quick night’s stay.

Best kept secret outside of Perry!

Quiet, comfortable and such a wonderful staff. Everyone was very friendly and the room was clean. Dog friendly was a plus! This is the few places I have stayed in that I felt safe.
