Expérience horrible . Le Check in a été interminable , le service client plus que médiocre . Petit déjeuner très basique pour un hôtel de ce type . Le seul point positif est la piscine . Et pour couronner le tout nous avons été victime d’un vol dans notre chambre . De l’argent nous a été dérobé et la police a dû intervenir pour qu’on puisse trouver un semblant de solution . Tout simplement inacceptable.

Very good hotel in a beautiful place.

Overall I enjoyed the stay. The location is quite beautiful and convenient to jungle beach. However, it's a little bit distant to Galle Fort requiring transportation. Related to this there was an incident when we were at the hotel where we were hassled by tuk-tuk drivers who wanted to stop us getting an uber. They were quite aggressive in their behaviour. initially this was upsetting but I do want to note that the hotel management took this very seriously, were very apologetic and took it on to resolve this with the tuk.tuk drivers to avoid future problems. As such I want to praise the management for the way they handled it and I would not say I found the place insecure. The rooms were lovely and the pool was very nice with good views to the sea. This aspect felt very special I must say. The breakfast was delicious and all the staff were super helpful and friendly. Other than the one of tuk-tuk issue and slight inconvenience of the location I would give this a top rating. I would still rate it highly. I personally felt the price was a little high, but not in the context of the area, other high quality places were similar or even more expensive. I did feel there were some signs of wear and tear starting to show meaning it's probably aged a little since it first opened but this certainly isn't a big issue yet. One example is that the door of the room felt a little insecure although it did lock.

Very nice stay

Very nice stay. The hotel was under renovation so we experienced painting around and noise early in the morning but the staff was excellent! We really enjoyed bbq night and the proximity to Jungle beach and Galle old town.

Petit hôtel avec une dizaine de chambres et suites. Pour ma part, ai réservé une chambre deluxe avec salle de bain douche et baignoire balnéo. Toutes les chambres ou suites donnent sur la baie de Galle. Piscine avec lit double vous permettant de prendre le petit déjeuner. 20 à 25 employés sont aux petits soins. J'ai eu à faire 3 petites réclamations (insectes présents dans lit, une serviette de piscine non obtenue et petit déjeuner non conforme à ma demande). Dans des hôtels luxueux à 150 € la nuit, on demande une qualité irréprochables.

Levels was amazing! Its quaint atmosphere was so very inviting and the staff was truly so hospitable and AMAZING! The rooms were clean, spacious and the views were out of this world. We were provided exceptional service from Kumara, Rasika,Thilina, Sehan yasmka and chef sujith. They were friendly and kind, and the food prepared by chef Sujith was so so delicious — authentic Sri Lankan food to innovative new creations, he can do it all. Thank you levels for the best experience ever!

People were great, room was clean however the fridge was not cool(room temp) and tv didn’t work for the 2 days I was there. I know you don’t travel to watch tv but after a day of activity it is good just to kick back have a cold drink and chill watching tv. All in all, good location, good view but for the money spent I think there are better options.

Bra opphold, men hotellet ligger langt fra alt. Ca 1 km gange til Strand. Må ha transport til alt av aktiviteter.

Needs to be clean

Location and overall appeal of the hotel is great. Some staff are really good and helpful. Most are courteous but the language barrier makes it super hard at times. Front desk was the worst and there was a huge gap in requests made to them and getting those executed by the staff. Cleanliness needs a WHOLE LOT to be improved on. In every room and every aspect of bathrooms.

The photos are very outdated and do not match the current condition of the rooms or public areas of the hotel. It is obvious that several years ago it was a very modern, chic, and comfortable place to stay, but renovations and updates are desperately needed. Our suite had a large bathtub that was too dirty to use, the lock/keys for our door would regularly get stuck and be difficult to open or lock, the cabanas surrounding the pool had dirty linens, our bathroom sink had a leak and the bathroom had a serious ant problem. The worst problem was the air conditioner which stopped working 5 times during our 4-day stay making it difficult to sleep or relax in our room. Again, all of these issues happened in our suite which was supposed to be the best or one of the best rooms at the property. On the positive side, the staff was great and tried to accommodate us the best they could. Every time the air conditioner broke someone would come to fix it, but the fix would only last a short time before the AC unit broke again. The staff in the restaurant were great, very attentive and the food was good. We can’t say anything negative about the staff, they were very helpful to us, but the hotel needs to do some renovations/updates to be rated as highly as they are on and the photos on the website are very misleading
