We have visited this hotel several times since it opened and wow, it’s really gone downhill. Check in Was a mess, we booked through Expedia for “Paymwnt on arrival” however it was deducted a full day before we got there. No big deal except they made two deductions and when we arrived we were told by the desk staff “Kim” it was our problem, insisted we booked two rooms and Expedia would have to figure it out as “there, is nothing I can do about it.” We called Expedia who called “Kim” and our $ was immediately refunded.
For the room, the microwave was missing, the coffee maker didn’t work, there was a foot long crack in the shower floor, and the AC smelled like an old wet dog.
Needless to say, we won’t be back again.

Your reservation came in with 2 rooms on our end. I do not know why. Without Expedia's approval, I could not just cancel the room and refund your money. Once Expedia confirmed it was supposed to be one room: not two, I gladly refunded your second room. Our king rooms do not have microwaves. I do apologize for the confusion.

I am sorry you were inconvenience by our cleaning policy. We do stay over cleans on the third day. We do provide you with anything you should need at the front desk.
