Stately Secluded 10,000 sq ft Modern Family Estate Manor located on 40 acres of private grounds just 10 min. from popular Elk Mountain Ski Resort in Pennsylvania 's beautiful Endless Mountains. All season fun! Nature preservation efforts underway to maintain the pristine clean air, water and natural habitat our property features. Estate Manor sleeps up to 26 guests, has 10 bedrooms and 5 full baths. Just 2 or so hours from New York City and Philadelphia USA easy travel on Route 380 to Route 6 or take Pa Route 81 to either exit 202 or 206. Coming from the North, we are located less than an hour from Binghamton NY. Enjoy ALL season fun and relaxation! Skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, nature trail, camping, birding, boating, kayaking, golfing, hunting, horseback riding, fishing, swimming. Casino nearby. If your lucky, you may see a seasonal polo scrimmage on the grounds or catch a trout in the stocked creek. Fall foliage and festivals galore. Local wineries and approximately 90 min from NY Finger Lakes wine country for a day excursion. Although most guests don't want to leave our idyllic setting during their stay, Airpark, Animal Parks, Water Park, Aquarium, Shopping, Theater shows are among the additional activities you can enjoy in the area during your stay. Our 10,000 sq ft family-owned modern-day villa contains 4 separate sleeping areas with 1 to 3 bedrooms in each area and can comfortably accommodate large or small groups. Mediterranean Suite has 3 bedrooms-King Room, Queen Room and 4 Twins Room, Bunk Suite has 3 bedrooms-2 Queen Rooms and a Double Bunk Room, Crue Suite has 2 bedrooms-King Room and 2 Twins in the loft, and Tower Suite has 4 Twins in the circular loft. Each sleeping area has access to its own full bath. Full bath off the poolroom has an insta hot shower and laundry facilities for guest use. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen. Additional services referred upon request, such as catered meals, babysitting, transportation, grocery delivery, laundry etc. We do our best to accommodate special requests. Manor has an indoor pool w heated spa and game room connected to large outdoor patio with commercial grill and fire pits. Creekside picnic area has a hammock, picnic table, seating, firepit for s'mores and even a swimming hole for a natural experience option during your stay. Our Manor features a large gated rear lawn for outside games, a dyno dig sandbox and a Labyrinth Garden where you can walk the simple path in tranquility for those seeking spiritual renewal or mindfulness in today's ever-changing world. A Butterfly Sanctuary Walk Garden is being added in Spring! We welcome you to bring a chrysalis and see it emerge into the sanctuary. Home with a unique history...our Estate Manor was a former retreat for famous musicians...evidenced by some original features such as the custom shower in Crue Suite with "CRUE" in the tile! Special events welcome!! Events are not permitted unless reviewed and approved. Events must book separately than overnight stays. No prom groups permitted without parents attending. Family and friends ski vacation
Spent a wonderful weekend and enjoyed all the amenities offered at Elk Estate Manor. Skiing was nearby and easy access. Laura (owner) was great to work with and very responsive to all text messages. We will definitely be booking another trip here.

An Awesome Thanksgiving
We love the Elk Mountain Manor! Our family,of 23, celebrated Thanksgiving in this home. We had old try of space for everyone to be together or “go do their own thing”. The pool/hot tub was the highlight -kept the kids & teens entertained each day. The adults loved it too. Has a beautiful Thanksgiving meal all seated in the same room at one very long table! The home was clean, well stocked and the hosts were amazing and kind!

Awesome Venue
Had 22 friends take a trip out to play a few rounds of golf in PA. The house was amazing and very clean. The grounds allow for plenty of outdoor activities. The pool room gave us something to do when the weather did not cooperate. At check in someone showed us around the whole place. Would stay again!

OK, it wasn't a castle, but it was spacious with beautiful landscaped grounds and two tower bedrooms. Usually large homes have many things wrong with them, but not this house, most things really worked. The kitchen was well equipped, the extra restaurant sized frig in the garage was great. The indoor pool was amazing; so clean you slipped on the bottom. The ventilation was better than most indoor pools in hotels. Impressive craftmanship. We had an awesome time all week.

Great family stay
Spent a couple fun days with a family group. There were 10 of us in three families which worked perfectly. The house is set up in three groupings of bedrooms with their own full bath, plus one additional bedroom on the opposite side of the indoor pool which we did not need/use. There was one accessible bedroom with full bath on the first floor which was important to our group. Younger kids need a high degree of supervision due to the indoor pool (cannot lock out access), multiple spiral staircases, some stairs with no hand rails, and a 4ft+ drop off a patio (retaining wall) with no railing. Kids especially enjoyed the pool, open space, and the creek behind the house. The kitchen was well stocked and large enough for multiple people to work simultaneously. Basketball hoop, fire pits, outdoor dining and lounge areas, game room, TVs... lots to keep us entertained, plus hiking nearby. Overall a great stay!

Fun family time together!
My husband and I rented this spectacular home to spend some quality time together with our children and grandchildren....and that we did! We all thoroughly enjoyed our time splashing around in the amazing indoor pool from morning til night! We were able to have tons of fun and photo ops between the hot tub and generous size pool. There were pool toys for the kids and plenty of comfortable seating for all. The pool was well maintained and the temp was perfect. The large deck off the back adjacent to the backyard was another haven. The kids set up the net and played badminton, there was bacci going on while others played a yard game they brought and there was enough space to even set up the soccer net that they had brought! They explored the area along the creek and then visited with the horses in the coral nearby! More photo ops! The living spaces inside totally accommodated our large family. We barely used them all! We love to cook and were thrilled to find the kitchen well stocked with equipment to use not only for the kitchen but also for the grill. The extra fridge was also put to good use. The dining area was also perfect for game time! Games were going on in both the kitchen and the dining room while our granddaughters watched the women's soccer team on the tv adjacent to the kitchen. We were all together but not on top of each other. The check-in included a personal tour which made us feel so at home right from the start. All was perfect!

Excellent!
I'm almost sad to give this 5* - because it will make it harder to get in the future! Laura was lovely. There were some issues (a pump broke), but she was working on it immediately and got it fixed as soon as possible. The grounds are lovely, and we loved the pool. There does have to be a lot of room-sharing - but, really, with 20+ people, that is only to be expected. We booked our return trip before we even left!

Clean, spacious estate
My husband & I take 3 of our daughters, their husbands & children each year to spend a week together in a vacation home. We are 8 adults and 11 children. The bedroom "quads" worked so well for us as each family had their own sleeping space. The home is truly beautiful and expansive. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and provided ample space to eat together. The grounds are gorgeous and we spent many hours exploring at the stream. This spot became a favorite for our nature loving grandchildren! We watched as polo ponies and their riders practiced in the large field behind the home and saw a wedding in the field of the other rental home on this property. The grandkids called this property "magical" and all adults agree! Shopping was about 15 miles away and was an easy drive and there were plenty of restaurants, although we had every meal at the manor. I also must add the outdoor patios offered plenty of seating and dining spaces. The fire pit was enjoyed most every night as we marveled at the abundance of stars in the night sky.

Beautiful home with plenty of space for everyone. It served as an ideal place for our annual family reunion. Bedrooms were spacious with large closets and the indoor pool was a big hit with the children (and adults) in our party.

There were just 9 of us in this big house and we loved it. The back yard is amazing; beautiful patio; watched polo ponies practice; the shaded brook at the back of the house feels like a garden room with lovely chairs and a picnic table. The inside of the home defines a manor house and the grounds define an estate.. Kitchen is complete and great. Loved the two refrigerators. The dining room is spacious and could seat the whole family. The aura of Motley Crue added a flavor to the week that made it even more fun. Great to look for wildlife (fox, deer) from the kitchen table. We had enough activities in the house to make it the perfect family week.

Our family of 17 celebrated Easter together at this amazing property. Plenty of space indoor and out. Beautiful fenced in yard that provided fun for all the kids ages 2-13 perfect for a great big Easter egg hunt! The indoor pool is an amazing bonus! The weather was not the greatest for Spring but with the indoor pool, game room and plenty of outdoor fire pits there was still plenty to do. The communication from the owners was above and beyond and they even offered to bring us a mixer on Easter morning!! Beautiful home and we hope to return for another family gathering!
