Weekend Summer Rental
Publié le 16 août 2024 sur HomeAwayMy husband and children, along with my two brothers and their spouses, rented this house for the weekend to be nearby to where my dad was getting remarried. The location was great as we were only four miles from the event.
The house was very clean and cozy. Everyone had a bed and plenty of space. We all loved the house and my kids asked about staying here again. They especially loved the board games in the game closet and meeting a few horses that one of the neighbors had out walking on the dirt road.
I grew up in this area and know it well. I appreciated the reasonable rate that we were charged to rent the house. The views of Elk and the green space around the house were an added bonus. We all agreed that we would stay here again.
Finally, I really appreciated the clear communication with Eva and the quick replies to any questions I had. Overall, this was a very positive experience. Thank you!

We took walks along the gravel road, built fires in the firepit, and fished in the pond. There are a lot of bass in the pond. We had a wonderful time and didn't want to leave.

Publié le 7 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat location when visiting Elk mountain. The house was clean and check in process seamless. Easy to find. Wifi worked well. Cozy touches throughout the house. We enjoyed our stay. Would consider bringing blankets as it was chilly (temp set low) when we checked in but warmed up quickly with the heat.

Lovely little Ski Lodge
