Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. A hidden gem
We spent our July 4th vacation there, and everything was fantastic. The cottage, situated in a quiet uphill neighborhood, was easy to find thanks to the large address plate the owner thoughtfully provided. The accommodations were exactly as described—clean and pleasant. The space was perfect for our family of three (two adults and one teenager). We enjoyed playing a few board games, dad and son had fun with the ping pong table, and we even tried out the karaoke machine! Communication was seamless, with the property manager checking in via text to ensure everything was going well. Thank you for providing such a lovely vacation home; we had a wonderful time!

Gorgeous & Peaceful Cabin
This cabin was the perfect get away for a weekend, nestled in the trees next to a babbling brook. It was peaceful and cozy, especially in the unexpected snowfall, and appeared exactly as shown. It was an absolutely delightful experience and one I would definitely go back to again!

Cute little house!
We had a lovely time at this cute little A-frame! It had most everything we needed and the setup was just right for our three person family. Location was ok- it’s set back from the road and tucked away among the trees but that was nice because it was quiet.
