I stopped staying here a few years ago due to poor staff and and bad facilities. I decided to try it again and was very pleased to say that the staff that was there before was gone and the new staff was great. Also the breakfast was much better. I will have to say that the shower area and the furniture needs some upgrades but the room was very clean. Just sad to see that there are no pets allowed anymore, so if I have to visit again, I will have to stay somewhere else.

Great place for sleeping & then going out & about

I stayed in two different rooms, one smelled like dogs and was dirty the door loose so as to easy break in the other was a little cleaner but floors were dirty in bathroom. I had a very hard time getting clean towels I personally told housekeeping and the front desk still no clean towels then I asked the front desk for some towels and they did not have any.

Mold and mildew all around the shower

The pool area is dirty and ran down there were pieces of weave braids floating in the pool and hair all over the ground by the chairs and tables. Then trying to shower after the pool the bathrooms are very run down. There was this red stuff by the sink I’m not sure what it was. Later that night we pulled the blankets back to get in the bed and there was blood on the sheets and not a little blood like a lot! My husband called to tell the front desk they immediately told us we could have another room which was great so we packed up all are things to go to the new room, mind you it’s midnight. We get to the new room and no blood stained sheets but the sheets we’re very worn like had fuzzies in them that’s how worn out they were, the furniture was really dusty, the curtains were dirty and worn down. The whole place needs to be revamped.
Check out was at 11AM. It was 10:59 and I was gathering my things to walk out and the phone to the room rang. I thought it was the front desk calling to ask us if this new room was ok last night but no she was asking me if we were checking out or needed to add another night! I said isn’t checkout at 11 she told me yes it’s 11:00. I was at the front desk to check out by 11:05 and told her that it took me a few extra minutes to leave because I had to fix my things to fit back in my bag since the night before I had to throw in everything abruptly since we were moved to a new room. I’ll never stay here again !

The property is old run down and had a lot of people hanging in the parking lot drinking and smoking and being loud until late at night. It didn't feel safe either.

Publié le 8 août 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, and the in-room refrigerator is good-sized. The free breakfast had a good variety of tasty foods. The pool was nice. The wi-fi was slow, and there was no place for recycling
