Just a miserable experience. Dirty common areas and dirty rooms. If it wasn’t so late then we would have left. My wife no longer trusts me to book places after that experience.

Never Staying Here Again

This year was a complete turn off. 1st the room smelled musty smell went to Walmart to kill the smell. Then as I was outside sitting another hotel guess came out with a pitt bull dog & it took a #2 in the grass and never cleaned it up. Then when I went back to my room there was another hotel guess with another Pitt bull dog as well this was growling & barking so much it woke up my grandson. It seems as though they except any type of dogs for $20 more per night. I like dogs don’t get me wrong put when u don’t clean up after them and the are growling & barking viciously than you shouldn’t have your dog in the public. And bc the hotel is own by foreigners they have very broken English & very hard to understand.

We got there and the pool was closed for maintenance. Wasn't told this when I booked. They said it was on website it's been closed for a month. We asked for a non smoking room. It was a smoking room it smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. Nothing was clean toilet was filthy bathtub had cigarette ashes and burns sink was filthy we had to clean them. Bedding the blankets had cigarette burns in them.

I didnt like the smell nor the several cigarette burns in the bedspread. The lobby was nice.
