Idyllic couples retreat
Publié le 12 févr. 2019 sur HotelsWe stayed at the Cedar lodge which was very private and spacious. Communication and check in process very easy and staff very accommodating. The pool was lovely and warm, cooking on the BBQ was easy and the food was absolutely excellent with generous portions. We did the boundary walk, enjoyed the swimming holes and hammocks and seeing the glow worms is a must! Overall a lovely private getaway and would recommend

Publié le 19 févr. 2018 sur ExpediaBästa hotell upplevelsen! Fantastiskt vacker miljö, att få vakna upp mitt i regnskogen varje morgon var magiskt. Lyxigt med egnen pool som låg helt avskilt och dåld för andra gäster så man va helt ensam. Perfekt för par som vill komma bort från allt och bara rå om varandra. Finns ändå mycke aktiviteter att göra på området. Tex bada i creeken. Fantastisk vistelse!

Pure luxury, very private and romantic

Pour : The privacy, the well appointed lodge, the delicious meals, just the sheer luxury!!
Contre : A chef to prepare and cook our meals!!! -just joking
Emplacement : There are numerous bushwalks either up to the lookout or around the creeks, lovely grassy areas in the orchard to enjoy a picnic and along the creek
We stayed in the Numinbah, just so very comfortable, very private and oh so romantic. The lodge is very spacious, well laid out and certainly a home away from home. The amenities in the bathroom were a beautiful range. We particularly enjoyed the plunge pool and the expansive outdoor BBQ and sun lounge area given the very warm temperatures over the weekend. The air conditioning inside made the lodge very comfy. The delicious meals were provided in our fridge each day, all we had to worry about was when we wanted to cook and eat, there was always more than enough food, we would never go hungry. We enjoyed our walk up along the creek to the water falls and the hammocks where we relaxed in the hammocks for a while but couldn't wait to go back to our lodge. The staff are amazing, particularly Katherine, thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. This was a very special occasion for us, our 43rd wedding anniversary and my husband's 65th birthday. What a special treat!!!!
