We booked into this property only because it was 'pet-friendly'. Initially I was very disappointed in the unkempt appearance and the fact we had to haul our gear up outside stairs. However the apartment was reasonably large and clean.

We we're very happy with our stay and would stay again. We got to the room late from the ferry and the lights on and doors unlocked for us. All the amenities that we needed were waiting for us. The room smelled very nice as well!

Not as advertised

On arrival during office hours reception was closed . A paper was in window with message to go direct to the room. Wifi not working. Phoned reception. Was told there is never a problem with wifi, they would have a look but unlikely something could be done till next morning. Could try to walk to centre of motel. Got text half hour later that wifi was working. Spoke later to other guests who told me that wifi in back rooms was never working and that management was aware of that. Seems likely as it was loss of signal. Romm on itself ok, just as clean as you can expect in a dog friendly accommodation

It was ok the spa was not functional which was a key thing for me and it was advertised both on the site and on there sign outside there was a bit of emergency housing which is a bit of a turn off also. The wifi was crap but other then that it was ok
