Hôtel rustique proche d' un petit lac

Pour : Le grand lit. Les chaises longues au bord du lac.
Contre : La convivialité. La signalétique : indiquer la piscine ou le restaurant plutôt que les interdictions.
Emplacement : Pêche, bains de soleil, promenades, kayak .
L' hôtel n' est pas au bord de Clear Lake mais au bord d' un petit lac de montagne plutôt joli. La chambre offre un très grand lit et un jacuzzi mais peu de place pour poser et ranger ses affaires. La nuit on entend un peu les camions sur la route et la climatisation des voisins. Il y a une piscine et des chaises longues au bord du lac. L' ambiance est un peu rébarbative à cause des interdictions affichées partout accompagnées parfois de menaces d' amendes.

We stay here every year, and saw a significant difference this year. Bath tub was great, as usual, but the fireplace did not work, and someone kept knocking on my door in the middle of the night 1AM‐3AM which made me very uneasy and I felt unsafe. Because of that, I got no rest whatsoever

Nice setting on small lake. The overpriced room was a painted over 1950 style. Good beds. Needs better furnishings. Mold in shower. Strong cleaning product smell was overpowering, No Food available near or far.

Property is nice, the rooms were not very clean but scott the host and the front desk gentleman fixed it for us. It’s new management so there were hiccups but Scott the host made sure we were taken care of. It is such a beautiful property and the lake is incredible. Would stay there 💯 again!! Such an amazing time. Recommend to everyone!!

It waa my birthday weekend & the staff & Jose that works in the office qas so amazing & nade everything perfect being completely. accommodated from check-in to getting us a boat rental or anything we needed to checking out. Perfect weekend!!

I use to work there and the last owners were difficult to work with but they kept that place clean and nice. Its a shame that our small community lost this paradise to someone who only cares about taking your money.

When I checked in, it was just after the check in time and there were so many people there who had apparently bought day passes that there was nowhere for a paying guest to park. At all. It was over 100° and I had dogs in the car and I had to park out by the road. The person who checked me in was not very nice to me, although he was plenty nice to the woman that he checked on before me. The room was good as far as air conditioning and tile floors. The floors were wet and sticky feeling. The bathroom could have used a deep cleaning as well. a couple hours after I checked in there was a public safety power shut off and the staff did not offer any kind of assistance to anyone. Luckily, it came back on after an hour. And perhaps the most disappointing, there is a photo of a pool on the website. The poo looks like it has been out of commission for at least a year. It has been drained and has a couple of feet of disgusting nasty water in the bottom. The entire enclosure is rundown in a state of disrepair with multiple broken pieces of furniture. it looks awful

Lodge team, aka, Charlie were awesome! Had a great time. Got a bit busy from day pass users, but otherwise a fun experience with live DJ at one point. Will return soon!
