Lillian,We are always sorry to see a 2 rating from a guest but you did not actually stay with us. You r reservation was cancelled on 7/11. I do know this was also the arrival date so I am not sure if you are having trouble with Expedia or not but I apologize we are not affiliated with them. We do apologize about any issues you may be having but you di not stay with us and the 2 rating would be most likely geared towards Expedia for some reason rather than the hotel.
