L’hotel est juste parfait! C’était une vraie évasion loin de la routine quotidienne.
L’équipe était au petit soin, très aimable et serviable
Les chambres sont très propres et bien équipées
La piscine, le sauna et le hammam sont en libre service et c’est un vrai plus
Nous avons tout adoré
Je recommande vivement

Hôtel exceptionnel
Publié le 1 févr. 2019 sur HotelsUn hôtel magnifique avec un service irréprochable. L’hôtel est ouvert depuis peu. Situé au village de Mustaphapasha à quelques minutes de Urgup. Piscine intérieur sauna et hammam où règne une ambiance de détente. Tres bon petit dejeuner cusiné par cuisinier et servi à table. Mention spécial à l´équipe De l’hôtel et la mascotte de l´hôtel Pacha le chien du directeur!!!

Facilities in the hotel were in excellent condition, staff were very friendly and welcoming, we had a fabulous time and highly recommend this hotel.

My Husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Seraphim Cave Hotel in Cappadocia, and I must say it was an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
Gabriel, Ahmed, and Fatima were exceptional hosts who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. They were always attentive, friendly, and eager to assist with any inquiries or requests. Fatima, in particular, had been extremely helpful even before our trip, as she patiently answered all my questions and provided useful information via WhatsApp and in person while there. It was wonderful to finally meet her in person and express my gratitude for her assistance.
The hotel's chef, Seda, prepared a delicious Turkish breakfast that was a delightful start to each day. The spread included a variety of fresh and local delicacies, giving us a taste of the authentic Turkish cuisine. The restaurant staff, Murat and Sedat, were also incredibly kind and provided excellent service during my meals.
One of the highlights of our stay was experiencing a Turkish bath and massage at the hotel's spa. The luxurious and rejuvenating treatment left us feeling completely relaxed and pampered.
The cave room at Seraphim Cave Hotel was nothing short of breathtaking. It was beautifully designed, blending traditional elements with modern Staying in a cave room was a unique experience, and the room itself was spacious and clean.
