This hotel every staff ate so friendly & helpful. Especially their front manager Bella & Bell boy 小洁。 room are clean & comfortable bed. We stay 2 nights after our 10 days road trip we decide to go back stay for 1 more night before we leave the city. Highly recommend

商务酒廊服务非常好 就是每次晚餐有虾都没有去虾肠 很惊讶 现在谁还不知道去虾肠呀 而且是5星宾馆 难道让客人自己去虾肠 当时我确实试着自己来 但是因为是熟的 非常难去掉 弄得整个虾黑黑的都是虾肠里的东西 很没食欲 提了一次意见 第二天还是一样 让人失望

It’s supposed to be the nicest hotel in Urumqi - and it is in terms of the physical property itself. Nice clean and well maintained decor. Location is not bad. However, a few things that are not fitted for a hotel of it’s status:
1. The concierge is located at the ground floor entrance and not at the upper floor lobby next to the reception. The concierge also doubles as porter so there is no one at the concierge desk if he is bringing luggage up to rooms.
2. WiFi is super slow
3. The A/C control in the room does not work. It remains at 26 degrees no matter what you do to the control dial.

Publié le 18 sept. 2017 sur HotelsCleanliness of the room is ok but need maintenance. Pools are closed for repair when we stayed. It was a bit pricey because of this. Staffs are friendly.
