TRES ACCUEILLANT

Nous étions dans cet hotel en famille, juste de passage pour une nuit.Très propre, pas d'odeur "vieillot"comme c'est parfois le cas dans des hotels avec peu de ventilation et vieille moquette. Patisseries d'accueil dans le hall principal; très bon petit dej. Nous étions 5 (un enfant de 10 ans); 4 places. L'enfant a "campé" pour son plus grand plaisir un peu sur la moquette et un peu sur le fauteuil!

Pool was not operational, wish we would have known prior to booking.. with kids it was a bit stressful

The air conditioning in the lobby/breakfast area/elevator was out. The pool, which was supposed to be finished with repairs by the time we arrived, was still closed when we checked in and so we had no access. A smoke alarm went off for about an hour at night, and the folks staying in the room next-door to us played their television and then their music at an unreasonable volume all night long and no management intervened.

Hello Emily, We apologize for the air conditioning in the lobby being down. Unfortunately, the air conditioning units are cared for by a third party and not the hotel staff. We are working with the third party to fix the broken unit as soon as possible. Both our website and Expedia's website alert guests of the pool being closed. The Hilton website said it would be closed until the 23rd and you checked in on the 22nd. The Expedia website explicitly states that the pool is officially closed until the 16th but that the date is subject to change. I apologize for the inconvenience this caused you. A smoke alarm did go off on the same floor as you for about 20 minutes, unfortunately, staff cannot silence a smoke alarm until the fire department arrives to ensure everyone is safe. The smoke alarms are for guest safety and staff cannot control when they are set off. Hotel staff cannot intervene if they are not alerted to complaints, and they did intervene as soon as they were alerted to the noise complaint. The police were called. We apologize for all the inconveniences you experienced during your stay with us.

Staff member Bambi is a nasty, rude, and more of a liability than an asset. We checked in to her rudeness and nasty tone when we simply asked if she had a preferred place to eat that she could recommend..i then ask about what time the pool closes and she says its closed for repair and that it is all over Expedia and their website, however i took a picture, repairs were supposed to be done on July 16, they crossed thru the paper with a red marker and wrote July 23rd..she then gives us a room key to 331, my wife and i walk in and i say wow they didn't clean this room too well, my wife says this is someone else's room their luggage was still in the room....back to Bambi we go and i explain i think there was a mistake because someone's stuff is in there she rudely responds no, that room was assigned and cleaned this morning....after further review she gives us a key to room 133, i say oh it was just a typo and she says no it wasn't a typo and she is giving us this room instead (Clearly she couldn't admit having made a mistake)....we go to room 133 conveniently located next to the mechanical room (Sarcasm)and to say it was disgusting is an understatement, however i was not going to deal with Bambi again so we cleaned the bathroom ourselves with the toilet paper and hand towels in the room, Horrible everything across the board for this hotel!

Hello Nicholas, Our website and Expedia both list the pool as closed for repairs. The pool was originally closed until the 16th but unfortunately, we had to extend the dates to the 25th. That was the reason the dates were crossed off with red marker and the correct date written. Expedia explicitly says the pool is closed until the 16th, but the date is subject change. As for the mix up with your room number, that was not Bambi's fault. The previous desk agent had experienced technical difficulties, and a few occupied rooms were placed back in the system as vacant, hence the confusion upon your arrival. As far as Bambi knew, 331 was vacant and she was not covering for herself as it was not a mistake she made. I apologize for state of 133. During future stays, please let the desk agent on duty know of any issues with your room so that the hotel can attempt to rectify the situation for you.

The pool was closed we where not told this made a long weekend for a 4 year old that was looking forward to the hotel pool. We had paid extra to have a hotel with a pool. Some staff where rude. However at check out we again voised our disappointment and we received 10000. Roughly $50 toward our next booking.

Hello Judy, Both the hotel's website and Expedia website have posted the fact that the pool would be closed for repairs. Expedia explicitly says the pool will be closed until an estimate of July 16th, but the date is subject to change. You do not pay extra for the pool. Like breakfast and fitness center, the pool is an amenity that the hotel provides. Unfortunately, the pool has to be repaired periodically so that we can continue to provide the amenity for years to come. I apologize for the rudeness you experienced and the inconvenience this caused you during your stay
