This place is huge! Very clean and spacious. All the appliances you could ever need. The only complaint is the description says that it is a five minute walk from starved Rock Park. It is not. You can walk to the entrance of the park(15-20 minutes) it's a long road into the park and you are not allowed to walk on the into the park but the park doesn't let you

Wonderful Host!

The host for this is lovely and so very accommodating. We had a few concerns early on that were very quickly taken care of. She called to let us know all the things that we could do in the area also, which was much appreciated! We had a great hike at Wildcat Canyon and enjoyed several meals out and some good shopping. Grand Bear as a resort was not the friendliest as far as staff goes, but our experience with this VRBO was wonderful. Highly recommend :-)

Lovely home

This lovely home is spacious, clean and well cared for. The location great, a short walk to the hiking trails at Starved Rock State Park and a few miles from Matthiessen State Park. We also biked on the I&M Canal Tow Path Trail in Utica. However, our favorite part of the stay was relaxing at the townhome.

Utica trip

Was good after getting the A/C fixed within 3 hours of arrival. A bit frustrating at first due to heat wave and convincing the owner that we needed a service technician. After the property manager came out and observed the problem the owner then sent us a service technician and he fixed the capacitor on the unit and then it took most of the night to cool off. All in all it was a nice property.
