Really disappointed about this hotel. Room was not bad but with a view on the highway. Staff was really not helpful. No measures related to Covid are taken… Staff does not wear masks at reception or restaurant. Forks and knifes are in a big basket where all guests need to pick, same for plates. Late check is not free, I was coming for a fair that has been cancelled last minute due to covid measures, and staff has been everything but helpful. Room service waiter came with no mask and needed to be paid in room. She also brings the main dish together with ice cream… which of course melted when I had it. I left the tray outside my room and although I called them 2 times to pick it up it stayed there from the night til the time I left the hotel at noon the day after which is quite dirty. Staff really not at the level and not trained. I do not recommend at all.

Publié le 5 nov. 2021 sur HotelsStayed for one night so did not use the facilities. They sent me a mail saying they would upgrade me but finally didn't! Room Service ordering process is tedious. Restaurant's food was below average and breakfast was standard. The property itself is gorgeous and staff are friendly. Would probably stay on a one night trip but if longer, I'd probably chose something more central.

Nice place to stay !
The room was conforable and the equipments were more than correct!
Breakfast has large of choice and really good!! We will come back for sure

The rooms, the bar and the restaurant are great. It would help a lot that the staff at the reception be more customer focused. We always seem to bother them.
