➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.
➤ Just to mention, there's a coach house on the property, but it's off-limits to guests.
➤ Guests will have access to the entire unit. Please, make yourself at home.

With its 10 acres of winding walking trails, residents and visitors can immerse themselves in the tranquility of lush greenery and peaceful surroundings. While sidewalks may be absent, the abundance of scenic trails provides ample opportunities for outdoor exploration and leisurely strolls amidst the picturesque landscape. Beyond the trails, the area boasts a charming atmosphere with nearby shops, cafes, and parks waiting to be discovered. Whether biking along quiet streets, unwinding in nature, or exploring the local amenities, this neighborhood promises a delightful retreat for those seeking relaxation and adventure alike.
Cycling: Enjoy biking along Davis Drive, taking advantage of bike lanes and the scenic surroundings.
Car: Drive to and from Davis Dr. with ease, utilizing major roads and highways for convenient travel.
Ridesharing/Taxi: Arrange rides through ridesharing apps or local taxi services for quick transportation to nearby destinations.
Personal Electric Scooter: Navigate the area on a personal electric
scooter, providing a fun and eco-friendly way to get around.
Walking Trails: Explore the 10 acres of walking trails surrounding Davis Dr., offering a peaceful and scenic route for walking and hiking.
➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed.
➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

1. There is no front desk as this is a house property. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, including the balcony if there is one. ($400 fine for smoke odor removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 9 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for the next guests.
6. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am and keys must be placed as instructed. I often accommodate late check-outs if I know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $50 charge per each additional half-hour stay.
7. All bookings require the Primary guest's photo ID and the complete names of the guests above 18 years of age.
8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labour, and administration involved.
