This room is not worth the price

I had trouble with no hot water, so I put on my clothes again in the cold and went to the front desk, and after a few minutes they were able to get hot water, although it was unstable. There was no soap in the sink or bath. This accommodation is not worth $40.

It was written that there was a laundry, but it didn't actually exist.
And the hot water only comes out for about 10 minutes

残念ながらオススメできません
Publié le 22 sept. 2024 sur Hotels単純なミスかもしれないが、事前予約で決まっていた金額より多くを請求された。予約の画面を見せたら、その値段で泊まれた。
シャワーがすぐに出なくなる。お湯は10分程度しかでず、他の部屋の人が使っていると水すら出なくなった。
トイレから若干の異臭がした。
夜は非常に寒くなる地域なのだが、暖房がない。

The hotel looks it is very new. The room was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated, the hot water shower worked well. The señor at reception was incredibly nice and helpful beyond words. He will give recommendations on where to eat and help you with any questions. He also called a taxi for me and waited with me for the taxi to arrive as Uber doesn’t work in Uyuni. A very kind and amiable man!

Owner was very friendly and helpful. I don't speak Spanish, but didn't have to worry about communication.
