I liked the easy, fast check in. The room is clean, spacious and nice. The bathroom is clean and the shower is wonderful. The bathroom vanity is ridiculously small. Outside parking lot and view is nothing special. Middle of a busy and noisy intersection.

One of the best Sonestas i've stayed at.Staff was exceptional and the room was nice and the bed very comfy

Room was clean. Hotel's description said gym, gym consisted of 2 treadmills and a exercise ball. Even so the gym was closed for remodel. All soda vending machines on premises were not working. But buffet breakfast and morning staff were great!

Good evening Sam,We are so sorry to hear this. As well as we are unsure what you mean by the gym being closed? We do have 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical, 1 bike, and a peloton, weighted medicine balls, and a workout ball. We are awaiting other equipment to arrive. So we do apologize. When vending was checked this morning all 1st floor vending was working. Please stop by the front desk and let them be aware, and please do ask for a soda as we do keep a few just in case. We are very pleased to hear your praises in breakfast and our morning staff! We also appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention and we will check back with everything in the morning to assure it's all good to go again. Thank you!
