Très satisfaits. Chambre spacieuse, très propre, équipement complet (réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, sèche-cheveux, fer à repasser), Calme, ascenseur, personnel à l'accueil très agréable. Proximité de l'aéroport de San Francisco et navette gratuite assurée par l'hôtel pour se rendre à l'aéroport à partir de 4:00 du matin.

The stay was excellent. My room was quiet and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful with area comforts.

It's ok. Pool was so dirty.

It's ok. We booked this as our last stop over before heading home to Los Angeles. Ok continental breakfast. First time I experienced the hotel asked the full names of all the people with me. Kinda weird but I don't know, might be their policy. Biggest disappointment is the pool. Super dirty and lot of dead insects. Pools is one of the reason we chose that hotel.

Hello Ramon,I apologize you did not have a great experience with your stay. We do request names for each adult in room since there may be a chance they are in need of something without your presence. I apologize if you found that offensive. Our pool is located outdoors and as much as we try to keep it clean, it does make it hard on windy days. Your feedback is very important to us and it is shared with all our team members for improvement. We do hope we have another chance to host you while in Vacaville. Safe travels.
