I have personally informed our department heads in order to ensure that other guests do not experience a similar situation. Stay at 4 star facilities at 3 star price.

It was a good business hotel. Rooms were clean and had all required things for a business traveller. Menu bar in room were also reasonably priced and required varieties. Buffet dinner was reasonably priced but I think nos items can be increased. Food quality was managable. Ocer all excellent experience at very reasonable price. Staff was very prompt and very courteous from front desk to room service to dinning area.
