Good for those who like European standards!

If you’re a European tourist looking for something that you’d expect in Britain then this ticks the boxes. Clean and comfortable, nice beds with white linen, tastefully decorated and a hot shower. The air con is powerful! Minor issues - the display for the air con controls is very bright, for those who like to sleep in darkness this isn’t great. Our room faced the street and the hotel sign is so bright it leaked into the room as the blinds did not cover the full width of the window, shining a bright light into the room. It was eventually turned off but not until very late.

The hotel is good needs the room to be sound proof as there lot of disturbance.

以此價位來說,還可以接受,但有進度的空間!!

接待人員不錯,有說明要非吸菸房,並有確實安排,但房內有股霉味,冰箱也未清潔,不大乾淨,無衛生紙,經去電才送來,好處是12點退房,可以待久一點,有附早報。

Disappointing stay!

Counter clerks were totally incompetent; it took them over 45 minutes to check us in. They did not want to honor our prepaid BF, even when we showed them our booking. I had to contact the owner/manager and complaint the next day when he was available. Food quality was so-so, and the hotel, in general, was about 2* quality; will not stay there again.
