Front office standards have dropped significantly and I can say that because I have been staying at Sayaji near Bimanith bridge for the past 6 years consequently and at times twice a year, the service level when it first opened was exceptional unmatched and second to none wow everyone delivered exceptional exceptional service at the front desk but one bad Apple spoiled the whole overall experience.
