No lights, no hot water, locked out, entering with do not disturb.
Publié le 29 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe building has construction going on. Because of that the construction workers and equipment took up 5+ parking spaces, with employees telling people to park at other resorts “sh*t, it should be fine to park there”.
The building was without power, and the hallways were pitch black. Because there was no power this also means the building had no hot water. The hallways were also dirty and not cleaned.
We were locked out of our room after our first day. We were blamed for magnetizing the RFID chip. Which upon entering our room, our bath and floor towels were on our bed. This is despite us having the do not disturb sign on. The shower ceiling and bedroom ceiling had brown spots.
Overall, this was a really disappointing and unprofessional experience. If possible I highly recommend finding different lodging options.

Huge Screw up at check in
Publié le 25 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwaywe arrived, just before closing, to find out someone else was in our room.....had we arrived 5 minutes later, we would have been totally screwed...office closed, someone in our room....not very good VRBO/Vail.....otherwise all was fine.

Great location

It did get warm inside during the day even with the balcony door open. But there was a stand fan to circulate the air at night in the sleeping area. Would consider returning in the future.

Convenient
Publié le 13 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayIt was great to park the car and not to have to go anywhere. We were participating in the Dock Dog Competition and it was so nice to be close to the competition. There is a grocery/liquor store and plenty of restaurants nearby.

Enjoyable stay at Lifthouse condos
Publié le 2 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThe Lifthouse condos are in a great position in the heart of Lionshead village, only minutes walk from the gondola. The studio/ condo is well equipped and the size is adequate for two, but it would be tight for four. We stayed for five nights. There was plenty of well designed clothes storage.
It was unfortunate that the WiFI was down for the majority of our stay.
We felt that the condo was average value for the price.

Perfect getaway
Publié le 21 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe visited early December and had the best ski conditions and this accommodation was the perfect location to rent skis, grab food, go shopping, and most importantly walk to the ski lift. We are already looking to return this summer.
