Pleasant condo

The unit was clean and comfortable. The location was fine. It is a slightly long walk to the Lionshead area, but easy enough in the summer. The bus stop is also very close. My only complaint is that the kitchen is understocked with dishware and cookware.

Overall it’s a great place. There were a few things that need improvement. The living room sliding door need better blinds and add curtains to keep the heat away since there is no AC. Unfortunately the wood floors make lots of noise and thus if you have early risers, everyone will be up.

I like how this place is tucked up next to the mountains! The views were beautiful but the pictures of the place look so much nicer than what it actually is. You can tell the remodel was done cheaply. This property doesn’t have AC and when we arrived the temperature inside the condo was 78 degrees! Would have been nice to know that there was no AC. The beds and pillows are not comfortable. The washer leaves your clothes soaking wet and takes forever to dry. Otherwise, the unit was clean and enough space for my family for our lacrosse trip.

Decent for a family of 4-5 with comfortable beds; however need to upgrade window coverings to make it total room darkening. You need to go up 2 flights of stairs and entry is on the back. It would be great if they stock up kitchen a bit, at least provide coffee. Also easy improvement would be to compile some local guide for restaurants & things to do etc.

Kitchen poorly stocked

It was clean and comfortable with a nice view of the ski hill. But the kitchen was barely stocked with enough dishes for 3 people let alone the 7 the condo will sleep. 4 mismatched coffee cups, 2 drinking glasses, 4 plastic wine glasses. Dishwasher was not bolted to the cabinet so it leaned forward when the door was opened.

Consider Alternatives with better Management

We arrived after driving 10 hours to find several issues: 1. The door code would not unlock the door as the deadbolt was locked. I called the 800 number, and the customer service person from an overseas call center gave me a lockbox code. After that did not work in 5 below zero weather, I called again. A different customer service person gave me a new lockbox number, which worked. Inside the lockbox were two sets of keys totaling ten keys. I had to figure out how to use two keys at a time. Thirty minutes later, we get in. 2. We try to watch TV, and the default checkout app prompts us. After inputting the data, it would not connect. We had to unplug the TV twice, then unplug the box and reset the Wi-Fi. 3. The fridge was not cold and took 1 hour to cool. 4. Advertising with fireplace, and there is was a note stating do not use. 5. Shower water is either scalding hot or cold. I reached out to customer service via chat. After several minutes, I was disconnected. I then sent an email with a summary and images. Two days later, the customer service rep requested the pictures be re-sent. A day later, before check out, I inquired about my request for compensation. As of today, no response. Not the best experience.
