I booked this which I did get the balcony, but I did not get the bathroom that was shown in the picture so that was kind of disappointing. I got a tub instead not a walk-in shower.

Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and courteous. On site restaurant had great breakfast options

Great hotel, but not great restaurant service.

Highline Vail is a very comforting and well maintained hotel. The room was well appointed and I have zero complaints about it. Front desk personnel were very welcoming. Breakfast pay as you go bar was very nice. I didn't need a view, it was just an overnight stay while driving across country. The only thing that wasn't great was sitting at the bar for an early dinner, and being ignored by the bartender over couples and men customers who came in after me. There were approximately six people in the bar/restaurant, so it wasn't by any means busy. Traveling alone as a female, I occasionally get this kind of slight, and it always leaves a bad taste in my mouth about the property, although it truly was just this one employee who didn't do a great job with customer service.
