Publié le 9 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cottage location was great as only a short drive for us. Near enough to the village but far enough away for privacy.
Two issues with the cottage that impact the rating are the bathroom door does not shut without being slammed - it needs to be sanded and rehung. This is a major thing as we had to use a piece of duct tape to hold the door shut for privacy. Second thing is the air conditioner blasts the cold air into the stairwell going to second floor so the rest of the house gets minimal cooling but the stairwell and the bathroom are very cold.

Publié le 19 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayVery nice cottage. Water pressure could have been better re shower and kitchen faucet, otherwise everything was excellent. Steps to dock very narrow and a handrail would be good for seniors. A chair in the master bedroom would have been appreciated.

It Really is a Paradise
Publié le 5 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis was our second stay here. Don't hesitate to rent this cottage. This remains one of my favorites. The bathrooms and beds were clean and tidy. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, cups, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots, pans, baking pans, spices, everything as though you lived there. We love the location and setup of the firepit! Wood already there, you don't have to bring any. We will definitely be booking here again. Communication with the owner was easy and they are responsive.

An excellent cottage experience
Publié le 15 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis four-bedroom cottage was clean, had modern appliances, was roomy (kitchen, dining, living) and the views of Lac St. Pierre from, numerous rooms were spectacular. Swimming and boating were excellent. We recommend this location.

A pleasant stay

Hi Leah the additionnal fees are from VRBO, just to let you know. The only additionnal fees are for cleaning and it's less than what it cost is. It's out of the city. Cleaners comes from almost 1 hour driving. Hope you had a great stay and welcome back anytime!
