Avis Two-room apartment in Residence, near Bormio

Listing the key events that made us rate this 1 star: 1. We arrived at the location and the host was not there. We had to call VRBO (EUR 30 in roaming charges which we want refunded) and the host. Whilst VRBO told us the reservation was fine, the host told us there was no reservation. 2. Finally, the host managed to find us a room. Howeve, it was not at all what we booked on the website, much smaller and without the set-up we saw when booking. 3. The shower plate was broken, and leaked after barely 1 minute of showering. 4. Some lights weren't working. One got substitudeted but it kept blinking, making the stay less comfortable. We decided not to switch it on anymore. 5. Overall, there was ZERO goodwill on the host's part to make up for the terrible check-in experience and the difference between the room we booked and the room they provided.
