Property clean and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was average. Room was great.

First Time at Fairfield Inn & Suites Valdosta
Publié le 17 août 2024 sur HotelsIt was just an overnight stay for my son and me, back to class, but the room was spotless, well organized which made for a comfortable stay! We woke up from a good nights sleep after a few hours on the highway to a nicely laid Continental breakfast. Staff was very friendly from check in to check out. I would recommend this place because this was my 4th trip here, but the first time that I have stayed a here.

Clean facility, friendly staff, comfortable room

Reservation was completely messed up hotel could not find it. Hotel.com reservation system had my name totally wrong. Hotel.com billed for room In order to get a room we had to make a new reservation at Fairfield hotel. Thus got two room charges. Morning manager realized the mess by our phone number on both reservations. Tried to cancel hotel.com charge because it wasn’t used. Time will tell whether she was successful. I won’t use Hoel.com again
