It was easy to get into

The bathroom was filthy
Toilet was dirty, floors were dirty, shower was dirty with mold on the ceiling and a dirty shower curtain.
Pillows had hair on them and clearly were not changed. Wallpaper peeling off and the room smelled terrible.

Good staff, nice sized room, office char wasn't great but works. public dryer broken, only 1 washing machine, but front desk dried clothes. Good service.

Hotel is a little run down and need tlc but all in all it was a good stay

Did not get the room we booked. We booked a king and got a double room. The air conditioner barely worked and the toilet chain was broken and my husband had to continue to fool with it every time we used the bathroom.

I was charged twice once by the hotel when I was there, and when I paid for it in advance via Expedia have proof

You deserve a break from Helene, but dirty towels?
