We were told that there was coffee in the morning,New Years day! The place was locked up and no answer from the door bell at the night desk.when registering the woman very polite!she told us that the owner was away. His friend that was supposed to be taking care of the place was not answering. We wanted a a copy of the paper work , had to throw the key through a slot so no one else could use it. Dogs barking from other units. Not pleased!

Property was fully of sketchy people, druggies included. People hanging out in parking lot like it was a party. Didn’t feel safe going to and from the car. We absolutely will not stay here again
The mattress was filthy, actually put a cover on it just to be able to sleep on it. No soap or shampoo for showering. Worst Red Roof Inn EVER

DON'T STAY HERE !! UNSAFE & DISGUSTING

When I pulled up there was a homeless person sleeping on the sidewalk, working man & women walking the street in front of property, people smoking drugs and the smell inside the office was sickening !! I stood waiting for the attendant to come out of the office to cancel, and he was too busy talking on the phone at 11:00pm to help me. There was another gentleman pacing about with his cash money in his hand to book a room. I felt unsafe, scared & honestly frightened for me life and my possessions. This hotel looked NOTHING as it did when I booked the room on Hotels.com !! You really should verify the information when accepting hotels on your site. I made the decision to get back in my vehicle and drive as quickly as I could away from this HORRIFIC facility. Shame on you for not refunding my $$ when it was clearly not as advertised !! My life & safety is worth more. I wonder how many other patrons have done the same, and that is FREE money for this horrible hotel !! Red Roof Inns have always been nice facilities and I've stayed in them many times over the years, but this is DEFINITELY not a place that should be able to use the reputation of Red Roof, its a disgrace and a complete lie !!

We had to stay near the hospital for several days. We found this to be very convenient. Moreover, the management was friendly and helpful. I’d stay here again.

We stayed here twice. The first trip was ok, bed wasnt great but it was clean. Our second trip the room was infested with roaches. Absolutely disgusting
