We were told that there was coffee in the morning,New Years day! The place was locked up and no answer from the door bell at the night desk.when registering the woman very polite!she told us that the owner was away. His friend that was supposed to be taking care of the place was not answering. We wanted a a copy of the paper work , had to throw the key through a slot so no one else could use it. Dogs barking from other units. Not pleased!

We had to stay near the hospital for several days. We found this to be very convenient. Moreover, the management was friendly and helpful. I’d stay here again.

We stayed here twice. The first trip was ok, bed wasnt great but it was clean. Our second trip the room was infested with roaches. Absolutely disgusting

We knew going in it wouldn’t be great. But we just needed one night for quick trip. we opened door to room and it was dirty. Beds undone and trash every where. Went to office and they were so nice and apologetic. Get to new room and it was ok. Nice big tv. It was cleaned but bed spread had stains on them. Luckily we brought own blankets and threw them off. But could not sleep it was so loud! Thin walls. People screaming/fighting upstairs in the middle of the night. Banging on walls. Dumpster pick up at 5am. Beds were very uncomfortable. Gave two stars bc front desk were so nice and we enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and tv. Had the most amazing Mexican restaurant next door. Will not come back though.

Front desk attendant was very polite and friendly.... Sheets had stains and pillow cases were dirty ...
