Voisins trop bruyants

Nous avons très peu dormi en raison de voisins très bruyants dans la chambre voisine. Un couple qui se chamaillait à grands renforts de cris et de larmes, sur fond de téléviseur au volume élevé pour masquer les cris peut-être? Et ce jusqu'à 3 heures du matin. Malgré nos demandes de silence et même si nous avons demandé à la réception d'intervenir ça n'a rien changé. Nous aurions mérité un remboursement. Les murs sont certainement trop minces!

The clerk at the front desk was extremely helpful and engaging. There was an issue with the first room I was assigned but I was moved to another room in a couple minutes.

Cable TV was off but this was probably due to the hurricane that had just came through. My room was the very last one so the WiFi was a bit patchy. Breakfast options were lacking but was still nice, staff were all very friendly. Nice place to stay but removed 1 star due to the small issues.

Cant say how it was never got checked in had problems with the system and was told room unavailable, tried to get help from hotels.com and got no help ended up paying cash at another hotel and still havnt gotten this resolved. Will definitely not use hotels.com again anytime soon . Been a member for a very long time , they realy let me down!
