When my husband arrived they told him they did not have a room for him and would not charge him. They kept his money and would not return it. He had to find another place to sleep. Multiple calls to the property and they are still stealing him money. Definitely do not ever give this place your credit card info. He was down there to help with hurricane relief.

The Expedia booking I made wasn’t in their computer due to loss of WiFi from the hurricane. Leaving myself and 6 children figuring out where to sleep at 11 pm. The one room we were able to get was one king bed in a room that had recently been painted and was dirty. I am completely dissatisfied with both Expedia and the travelers inn

No phone or internet went through Expedia so they couldn't get paid so I didn't have a room terrible experience on the road moving to Pennsylvania from South Florida
