Hot tub wasn’t bubbling, shower water was either very hot or too cold…

it was so much fun. we did have an issue with a leaky ceiling and clogged toilet

We were staying at this property when Jasper was being evacuated due to wildfires. While we were lucky enough to have a room, there were so many people who were not. The staff and management of this property stepped up and took care of the evacuees with professionalism and kindness.
As for the room itself, we stayed in the room with 3 queen beds and it was more than enough room for our family of 5. I enjoyed the coffee machine in the lobby (and my kids loved the hot chocolate option), and the complimentary breakfast was good too. The staff in the dining room were great too.
