We visited Caro Hotel recently for a special birthday trip for our Mum. We had a fabulous stay. Nothing was too much trouble, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, service was excellent, rooms spacious and comfortable, location was superb as a sightseeing base and for dining. Would definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel; it was amazing to stay in a historical monument! The staff were really personable and helpful, we felt so well treated as though the staff knew who we were. The hotel also had some lovely touches with the complimentary free bar, free coffees and teas brought to the room, sweets left on an evening and the a note about the weather the following days. These really added to that 5 star feeling! We were intrigued by all of the different rooms. We were in the loft and trying to get a peak when rooms were being cleaned, would love to return if staying in Valencia. The location was good too - it was quiet around the hotel but only a short walk to the old town and a short taxi/cycle from anywhere in the city.

This is by far the best hotel I have stayed at so far. My partner and I loved our stay. The staff were amazing, lovely and wonderful to us. The service is amazing from all staff. Lovely breakfast too! The mangers in particular (Alejandro!!) were great with us too. I would fully recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Valencia. <3
