Access road from main road going to cris place is small/narrow. One room has no aircon..........rest are perfect........

Hello, sorry for the rate but when i arrived there in the afternoon the answer was that the hotel was fully book. Cris place, Dumaguete reservation 155680553502 there was a mistake there, and could you credit the amount on my credit card. Thanks

Unfortunately, we did not receive any notification that you were arriving.
Expedia did not send us correspondence and if they had we would have been able to inform you that the apartments were full and offer you alternative dates.
