Enchanting. This hotel was a wonderful choice in a great location. Beautiful ambiance with a gorgeous Christmas tree. The staff were gracious and highly professional with assistance at every turn. A true find in Valencia.

This hotel was one of the prettiest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Upon arrival they give you two complementary drinks at the bar. On the way up to the room, you have beautiful hallways and carpet and even though it’s modern, it still has many beautiful old world touches. I stayed in the purple corner room, and I loved it Every night they came into the room and left a little surprise. They also put little mats next to the bed. You had a full service tea and coffee area with Smeg teapot, coffee and full mini fridge. They give a simple map of the area and suggestions on which places to see first. Around the corner is El Corte Ingles-a luxury shopping department. The basement floor is gourmet foods, wines, and more. The main floor is accessories, perfumes make up anything you could want. The rest of the five floors have other luxury, clothing, items, shoes, and more.
