Great value apartment
Posted Oct. 20, 2024 on HomeAwayReally enjoyed our week long stay. The owners who are next door were very welcoming and friendly. The apartment had everything you need for a longer stay (including a supermarket 40 metres away) and was very comfortable. It’s a leisurely 10 minute walk to the old town although buses and trams are nearby and very frequent. If you prefer to eat locally there are decent tapas bars in the neighbourhood.For the price, this was great value accommodation.

Great apartment in Valencia

Very well equipped and central to everything
Posted Sep. 22, 2024 on HomeAwayThere are very few VRBOs in Valencia. This one was great. We think they should change their title as it wasn’t just well maintained, it was very well equipped. Only apartment we stayed in that had an ice cube tray and only the second one with a dryer! Shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied plus coffee pods. Grocery store right around the corner - a 4 min walk. We had a great stay

Lovely apartment in a great neighbourhood
Posted Mar. 11, 2020 on HomeAwayI have just spent a month intros apartment. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The beds are so comfy and the apartment has everything you need. The neighbourhood is so friendly and welcoming. There are neighbourhood cafes, the supermarket is a few minutes walk and the Turin Park is also a few minutes walk. I highly recommend it. Jose and Fina are gracious hosts.

Perfect location and owners
Posted Oct. 22, 2019 on HomeAwayPerfect host, cozy place. Supermarket is in 30 sec from the place. You can find all the supplies in a kitchen. Sometimes was a problem with hot water in a shower. Noisy starting from 9am, because of some shop (?) on the first floor of a building.

Spacious and comfortable
Posted May 3, 2019 on HomeAwayWe enjoyed our 4 day stay here. We came into Valencia by bus and wanted something close to the bus station. This apartment was six blocks away. The hosts live next door and were very kind and helpful. The apartment has three bedrooms and two baths, so it was very spacious for a couple, but the price was also reasonable. Having his and hers bathrooms was nice. We also appreciated having a washer and dryer. The other places where we've stayed on this trip had just a washing machine and a clothesline. The location is good. It's on the street where bus line 98 takes you to the BioParc. It's 4 blocks to line 95 that takes you to the City of Arts and Sciences. It's two blocks to the Line 28 stop that takes you right to Plaza Reina in the heart of the old city.

Lovely, well equipped apartment in great location
Posted Mar. 10, 2019 on HomeAwayOur family of 5 with 3 children had a great stay in Jose's apartment. It was really well furnished, very clean and had everything we needed. Jose and his wife left nice little touches for us which we really appreciated. The apartment is a very short walk to the Turia park, the team stop at Reus and many other amenities. We felt completely safe walking around at night, there are many other families in the area. There is so much for children to do in Valencia, we rented bikes for half a day for €24, walked the whole stretch of the Turia with its playgrounds every 100 yards or so, climbed up medieval towers, went to the beach, went to the zoo (best one we have ever been to), played in a free lego play centre and many other things. As other people have said there is a lot of noise at night so do bear this in mind but we were so tired after long days exploring we slept through it.
Overall we would happily recommend this apartment.

Excellent apartment just outside the old town
Posted Oct. 25, 2018 on HomeAwayWe found the apartment to be very well equipped, with excellent bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was small, but again very well equipped. As other reviews have noted, there can be quite a bit of traffic noise, but that has to be expected in the third largest city in Spain. If you are prepared for a fifteen minute walk into the old town, this apartment is a great choice.
