Only stayed one night and checked in late, but I had a great stay here. Front desk was kind and very helpful. The room was also nice and had a hammock, which I definitely used.

This hotel in Valladolid was an amazing stay for us. The property was very well-maintained and looked exactly like the photos. Despite being located in town, it offered a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Everything was within walking distance, and Cenote Zaci, which is a must-visit, was only about 7 minutes away. There were plenty of food spots and colorful streets nearby, perfect for exploring the city.
Our room was spacious and clean, and the swimming pool, surrounded by trees, was the perfect place to relax. The hotel only offered coffee, but we received two complimentary drinks thanks to our Expedia VIP perks. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel!

The property location and staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean. However the wifi was very poor.
Also the kitchen is closed on Fridays so no breakfast is available.

Not parking in the hotel and they didn’t maintain the same price showed in Expedia with my there children.

Buen dia, le comentamos que usted realizo su reserva para tres niños colocando menores de un año, pero no era de sesa manera, tenemos un tabulario de edades donde debe poner los correcto, las tarifas son en base al numero de personas y a las edades, sin embargo no se les cobro y no mostro las edades en la confirmacion, saludos!

Hotel limpio y básico

Nice place in general. Breakfast was pricey, street parking, shower wasn’t hot. But it’s a five minute walk to square, comfy bed, pool, pretty.

We had a great experience personnel sweet and helpful. The room is very big, the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was so decicious. Great place!
