Foreigners, be careful when making a reservation here!
They charged you for the local tax that you are exempted to pay.
I am not a resident nor I live in Colombia, hence I don't have to pay for local taxes and they did charged me, although I had already spoken to Alberto and he did confirm the same. However Idalmis Lorena, stressed that I had to pay for local taxes and charged me for the same. I have sent several emails on this matter to her and she does not want to refund the taxes, saying that I have to go back to the hotel, collect the invoice and claim for the taxes at the airport. I do not live there, but in the USA, but she still refuses to issue the refund.
Please be very careful, this has ONLY happened at this hotel.

Lo unico es que deben informar las horas de los desayunos, afortundamente nos dieron solución pero es importante mejorar en ello, asi mismo en el uso de las plataformas como hotels.com, pues aqui incluida impuestos y cargos.

La limpieza es muy buena, es un lugar muy tranquilo. Ubicación central.
El desayuno siempre es lo mismo. En Colombia hay variedad de frutas y ofrecen jugo de naranja industrial

POR MEJORAR
Publié le 21 déc. 2020 sur HotelsEn términos generales regular las instalaciones, en especial el baño el vidrio separa ducha mal estado la puerta punto caerse el vidrio mucho espacio pared colocaron silicona pero no es la solución se pasa el agua al lavamanos piso permanece mojado ,los colchones creería cumplieron su ciclo ,silicona baño llenando hongos , y no posee ventilación
