A delightful apartment in the heart of old town Valletta. Close to everything and yet peaceful. The apartment exceeded all expectations, it was spacious, comfortably, beautifully fitted out and clean. There was no noise and when the air conditioning was on a respite from the summer heat… and yet in the evening I could turn the air conditioning off, open the window and enjoy the evening air… without any noise. The little shop next door had your basics, and many many restaurants were literally round the corner. Likewise much of what Valletta had to offer was within easy walking distance… in short I loved it!

Easy and Comfy

The property is located in an amazing spot and walkable to everything including the ferry over to the nightlife ahould that be your desire.
Clean, lovely and easy.
The only downside is there is no windows so it’s a bit dark but to be honest I was only in there to sleep - Valetta was too beautiful not to be our exploring

Awesome location and friendly owner
Posted Oct. 18, 2021 on HotelsI would say that the apartment was great if you need a base for a few days - it's perfectly located for everything and the owner left a lovely letter with a little welcome pack. He also arranged an airport transfer.
The apartment was a little dirty for my standards and some things didn't work or were dated but the towels and bed was really clean and comfortable.
Great base for a few days.

Location is spot on central, which is the biggest advantage of the property. The apartment was stylishly furnished, good sized comfy bed, tv with Netflix and high speed internet. It is also well equipped with hair dryer, ironing board, basic cooking utensils, kettle and fridge.
However, the ground floor apartment that we stayed in was dark with little naurural light, severe damp (smell and peeling walls). The daily ‘room making’ was no more than changing towels, no bed making or cleaning at all. We stayed for 10d9ns, bedsheets were not changed even once. The bathroom was never cleaned during the stay.

I don’t know why you say that for cleaning we only changed your towels! It is not helpful for any property or for guests to write false statements in a review. Bathroom was cleaned every single day. And the bed (including the single bed we set up for your son as a special concession, free of charge) we’re done every single day. As for the bedsheets, I confirmed with the housekeeper that she asked you if you wanted a change of bed sheets and you declined. If there was a problem in your 10 day stay, you had ample time to contact me directly and we would have happily rectified any issues you might have had. (Like when you had problems with your private Netflix connection at 22.00 and I game quickly to assist).
In any case thank you again for choosing to stay with us.
Reviews are there to guide potential guests and also for property owners to improve. Stating incorrect and false facts is not helpful to anyone.

If you are planning your trip for the winter time, Do NOT stay at this house. This house gets really cold - the temperature inside the house is much lower than the outside, and the heater doesn’t really work!

Good morning.
I always appreciate reviews, it helps us grow.
But I always fund incorrect reviews unfair.
Heating works just fine; in fact housekeeper had to keep all windows open while cleaning as the apartment was too warm even after the heater was turned off!
And describing a property freezing while the temperature is above 20 Celsius is quite incredulous.
Good luck in choosing your next property - perhaps a 5 star hotel would have been more appropriate for your needs.

However, there is little daylight but this can't be helped due to location on bottom floor, windows face inwards. Clean towels everyday without fail and cleaned. I would stay again good value
