Wir haben nach einer Doppelbuchung ein "Upgrade" ins La Vallette bekommen - dort war es zwar geschmacklich ganz nett eingerichtet, jedoch nahezu an jeder Wand Schimmel, teilweise schlecht überdeckt. Auch sonst wirkte alles eher lieblos. Dazu ein Schild an der Wand, dass täglich Kontrollen durchgeführt werden, ob Klimaanlage oder Licht an sind, obwohl niemand daheim ist. Vertrauen sieht anders aus. Die Küche ist zwar groß, jedoch fehlt es an Salz, Pfeffer, Öl oder nur Küchenrolle - die Kleinigkeiten eben, die man woanders findet. Dazu immer wieder verwirrende Anrufe, wie lange wir bleiben und wer uns die Tür geöffnet hat. Absprachen unter den Mitarbeitern scheint es nicht zu geben. Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen, aber wir haben auch schon schlimmere Unterkünfte gesehen.

部屋が寒い。寝室以外に暖房ない。風呂場はカビ臭く、通気が悪く、寒い。
キッチンはあるが包丁はない。キッチンの収納部分の扉が今にも外れそう。ダイニングの椅子がカビが生えている?単に古いだけ?で汚い。
洗濯機はあるが、洗剤は付いていない。
管理人のお爺さんはフレンドリーでいい人。英語が通じます。

Our guests, however are provided with a call service number (+35679480808) so they can inform us of any issues they may have at any time seven days a week. They may also visit our Office which is a few minutes walk away from their stay (Address : 28 Flat 7 Vincenti Buildings Strait Street Valletta - Office hours 9:30-16:30) With regards of the issue of humidity unfortunately this is a common occurrence in Valletta due to the age of the buildings and the Maltese climate which is quite humid

We enjoyed Malta!
Apartment: great location, very rustic, sparsely furnished, a little damp, missed blankets (cool nights), a little pricey (not that good value for money)

With regards to not enough blankets being provided, our guests are provided with a call service number (+356 79480808) so they can inform us of any issues they may have during their stay with us. Our clients can contact us on this number at any time seven days a week. They may also visit our office which is a few minutes’ walk away from their stay (address: Block 28, Flat 7, Vincenti Building, Strait Street, Valletta – office hours: 09.30 – 16.30).

Avoid at all costs!
Publié le 6 mars 2018 sur HotelsThe whole experience was chaotic, from not being able to reach the apartment agents on any telephone numbers, to declining an airport transfer which then showed up anyway and a complete change (downgrade) of property. Having sorted out the issue of not paying for the transfer that was undoubtedly declined twice, we were then told the apartment we booked wasn't available. We were taken to a different one with a very loud bar opposite. The music from the bar went on after 4am in the morning and then the morning bells started around 7 am the next day, all of this noise is really loud even with all the windows closed. Even though it was warm outside, inside the property was damp and cold with only one small heater available (to heat all rooms in the property!?). The layout of the property means that noise from any room can be heard in all other rooms. The iron wouldn't work. The whole place felt dirty and the walk from the bathroom to the bedroom meant that your feet were dirtied quicker than they were cleaned.
We found Malta to be an amazing place but any time spent at our accommodation was miserable. We're looking forward to going back but we'll certainly be staying elsewhere and would advise everyone else to do the same!

Sono totalmente insoddisfatta della tipologia di struttura offerta durante il mio soggiorno a la valletta, Malta, per le seguenti motivazioni:
- umidità elevatissima che si percepisce dall’odore e dall’aria sessa dell’appartamento
- muffa su tutti i muri con testata del letto pericolante che appoggia sulla muffa (vedi foto muffa)
- lenzuola vecchie e umide a causa dell’aria circostante
- riscaldamento tramite una sola stufetta che scalda parzialmente e solo una delle stanze all volta
- mancanza totale di acqua calda
- mancanza di asciugacapelli
- pulizia pressoché inesistente
- durante la prima notte costanti rumori di porte che sbattevano - sonno impossibile

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately our local lime stone is quiet humid and the property in Valletta all have underground wells thus creating this factor. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the neighbour as we don’t have control over it. We will do our best to improve our services

L'accoglienza in hotel e' stata poco professionale. Inizialmente ci e' stata assegnata una stanza diversa da quella prenotata senza spiegazioni. Abbiamo comunque optato per l'appartamento inizialmente prenotato. La porta della camera era rotta quindi non vi era possibilità di chiuderla. La televisione e wi-fi non funzionavano. Non c'era acqua calda.
L' appartamento era molto rumorso.
Il tutto ad un costo relativamente alto.
