Unfortunately the weather turned chilly, so water fun was out, but fingers crossed next time. This property provides easy access to fishing, floating and all things lake fun. Downstairs rec room was a bonus

Cabins on the Lake

Waitts lake review
Publié le 16 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThis was our second time staying at this facility. Owners are excellent to work with. I have however; a couple of points to make: The beds are two hard. mattress and box spring would be better for us that are in our 70's. More pots for cooking would be nice. Someone left a 5 quart pot from a prior visitor that still have food in it. We tried to clean it as best we could but it needs to be replaced.

Awesome getaway

Construction and cleanliness
Publié le 13 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayRight off the get go came to a place with a sticky dirty floor, no propane for bbq, dirty left underware in drawer that are still there, nasty bbq brush left on bbq with slime alll over.
Couldn’t enjoy a quiet stay due to construction on building going on. Only 1 trash bag in whole unit.

Hello Isaiah. We wish you would have brought these items to our attention prior to this review so we could have addressed them and taken care of everything for you instead of finding out via this horrible review. We had a new cleaning crew take over and obviously they did not leave the unit to our level of satisfaction. This will be addressed with them and we can certainly say this is a one off situation. You can clearly see that from our previous reviews.
Mistakes can and will happen from time to time as no one is perfect even though we strive to offer our guests the best experience possible during their stay. We just would have liked any communication from you before, during, or even after your stay so we could have made things right for you. We obviously can't fix issues that we don't know about. Thank you.
