Il conviendrait de renouveler la composition du Petit déjeuner lorsque le séjour est de plusieurs nuits.

We had to stay outside for the night!
Publié le 26 avr. 2020 sur HotelsThe hotel was closed during the night and I had to wait until 5am to be able to enter! I stayed out all night with tramps. Luckily for me they were nice with me.
Before going out the reception confirmed we can come back at any time in the night...
The next day, the hotel apologized and promised us to pay back USD 100 of the night. I had to let my banking details but they never paid me back and lied to Hotels.com be saying the story isn't true.
I recommend you to avoid the place.

Great location. Very helpful staff. Quirky property that suits the neighbourhood. Highly recommend for those who enjoy individual accommodation

You have to take some stairs to enter the property but that is normal in the “cerros” of Valparaíso and the staff is ready to help you with the luggage. They also offer a safe parking place which is not that easy to find in Cerro Alegre.

Nice hotel, but a bit Worn down. Good location. Very nice staff, arranged pick up in the harbor and transportation in end of the stay to Santiago
