Value for the size.

Not fancy. But economical with plenty of space for all. Short on silverware, dishes, hot pads, pots & pans. But we made due and it worked very nicely for us. Felt safe. Easy in and out for elderly. I would stay again and recom.e d. .

A real gem, would love to stay again!

Surrounded by trees, so it gives the feeling of being away from it all, but is just a short drive from shopping and restaurants. The house was immaculately clean and well equipped. look forward to visiting again!

Plenty of space

Great property. Plenty of space with a huge great room. Location was close to shopping yet far enough away to feel in the country. Fenced in backyard worked well for our pets. Very enjoyable stay. Host took care of all our needs. Highly recommended!

Nice property

Overall it was a nice property to stay at. Was clean inside and we had no problems but the outside needed a lot of grooming. IT says a large back yard but it was basically a jungle back there!

Sports Family

We were in town for a sporting event for our kids. The house was great for all the kids, they enjoyed the outside space & open living area to play in. Plenty of room for all of our equipment to be brought in and kept safe. The only thing I wish had been there was an oven mitt / dish towels. Owner was very responsive and helpful & check in / out was very easy.

Great location Perfect for our family including dogs

Home was very clean and perfect for our family including our dogs. Great location. The owner was very responsive and able to answer our questions Would stay there again .

I Do not recommend this property

Biggest and costliest mistake I've ever rented! Don't let the affordability/price tempt you. The sliding glass door leading to the ripped up screened-in porch had a broken lock. Repeat, the door did not lock. The bedding; sheets, pillows and comforters are old, possible garage sale purchases (shame on me for not noticing that in the pictures). Also notice in the pictures the lack of window covering in some rooms which was creepy at night. We stayed 1 night out of the 10. Let's hope the property manager uses the money (that unfortunately could not be refunded or negotiated) to purchase some quality bedding, window coverings and secure sliding door/lock to this rental.

Family affair

We frequently travel to the Tampa Brandon area to visit family. This place is great! However, it can use a few more amenities i.e. keurig coffee maker, patio furniture, TV in bedroom and mattress protection sheets. Just an suggestion. I certainly recommend this place and would definitely book it again.
