Les produits dans la salle de bain sont formidables !!!
Très bonne cuisine mais pas assez de choix de légumes frais. Un salad bar serait vraiment top .

Publié le 14 août 2024 sur HotelsBellissima esperienza camera confortevole bella spa e ottimi servizi, colazione ottima. Secondo me il contributo per il soggiorno del cane, il ns maltese da 4,5 kg è eccessivo 40 euro a notte per senza appunto distinzione sul peso dello stesso.

Beautiful and new property. Very clean. Great breakfast. Very attentive staff. Awesome spa. They have a shuttle to/from cable car. We came from zermatt via cable car. Town is a shuttle ride away if you need to go there. Nothing around the hotel but the hotel itself is very relaxing

Was supposed to be one of the better hotels but was a big disappointment. On the very first evening, we pointed out that the room was very hot and the reception assured that they would check this as quickly as possible. We wanted to go to bed so we agreed that they should check it the next day. We reminded them when we left in the morning but when we returned in the afternoon nothing had been done. When we reminded them again, we learned that the AC was not in function in the summer and that we could only open the door to the balcony. But outside there were lots of insects. we Had very hot and uncomfortable nights.
Otherwise, the breakfast was decent but little choice and always empty of something and took a long time to refill. Dinner was expensive and poor, not a lucky combination. They allow guests to bring dogs into the restaurant. The rooms were quite normal but very small.
Spa was nice but unfortunately they allow children running around and making noise. The fruit in the spa was moldy
Would not recommend using this hotel
